The Town & Country HOA Program* is simple and fun! The inspiration is based on a program administered for a private college in New York State. In fact, over $23,000.00 was raised, in five months, for an eight hundred home community right here in the SouthEast Valley using the same organizational strategies.
The main purpose of Town & Country HOA Program is to serve the communities. It does that through efforts to enhance community relations; to encourage historic preservation and property maintenance; to promote business development, to serve those in need, and to maintain and enrich unique neighborhoods here in the Southeast Valley.
There are family activities, social activities, travel programs (everything from day trips to sports weekends,) lecture series, special events, theater and dining packages and so much more. Most events take place right here in the Southeast Valley and are based on HOA members interest.
- First, we build a sense of community and culture while enjoying our individual interests.
- Second, the program will also provide, often badly needed, funds for your HOA.
- Here’s the twist: members raise money for their own HOA and have fun doing it!
Town & Country HOA Program clients benefit from our years of advertising production experience. We have produced everything from TV commercials with 500 extras, and helicopters to national food radio shows and everything in between.
Does your HOA need to promote some GOOD WILL? Want to raise funds for a SPECIAL PROJECT? Or just want to get to KNOW YOUR NEIGHBORS?
Any way you slice it; the Town & Country HOA Program has the experience to help your community enjoy all the benefits of living in Chandler, Gilbert and Queen Creek, Arizona!
With today’s busy lifestyles most people simply don’t have the time to plan an event or write, edit, print and mail a newsletter.
- Tree City News* to the rescue!! We’ll plan, budget, arrange, promote and mail. We’ll write the core of a newsletter featuring Southeast Valley families, children, business updates, local news and more and incorporate your HOA details as necessary.
- We’ll even manage your HOA fundraising, through Common Grounds Fundraising*, so you don’t
have too. You can forget the wrapping paper catalogs filled with items you really don’t want or need – but you buy them anyway – to help out. We offer you turn-key fundraising items that people really want and you don’t have to drive yourself crazy selling and then delivering. We only offer products with no upfront costs to the fundraising organization.
Best of all we’ll do it cafeteria style! Your HOA can pick and choose only the services needed. But, mums the word – because no one will know you didn’t do it all yourself, except you.
Let the Town & Country HOA Program produce your next:

And you’ll take all the credit!
